Step 0: I had 3190 ADA in my seed address (i have private key) - DdzFFzCqrhswdrjJW2dpjEDPhgkS61dkBQ4sK81fqrTuRBFDMs8qyRfhc2mpgnP6bJ3N2BZU6b67KYxdsFpnF9gMTdDYtj3z9DKVN7Yc
Step 1: Transferred 100 ADA to another address - DdzFFzCqrhspDpomhew55Ke639TMDummJsz9V6x4SPeSV6uW2rZRRjnWs7WUwob4FMqaZQHE5158evGBox4ANyic2GeuGz92CPh2W1ps
Step 2: Wallet has generated a new address and transered remaining 3090 ADA to this new address - DdzFFzCqrhsgGzJLhyR4xkWPoHkAfxxjYZHq1sDBkeyAaxv2Uyx3t7yEqAj9PncWJqeX27TVbS5aabsTvvjW75hohgJ9crCGSkrLkbWQ
Step 3: Now i can see full 3190 ADAs in my wallet but not able to transfer my 3090 ADAs
I also see this new addess under my wallet.
How do i get access to my remaining ADAs 3080 which is sitting in new address?
Are you familiar with block explorer’s? the transaction you posted is showing that address as having a balance of zero.
There was a transaction of 3,090.803648 to this address: DdzFFzCqrhsgGzJLhyR4xkWPoHkAfxxjYZHq1sDBkeyAaxv2Uyx3t7yEqAj9PncWJqeX27TVbS5aabsTvvjW75hohgJ9crCGSkrLkbWQ
please explain every step you took during making your transaction, it may be that you sent ADA to yourself at a different address?? The community can only help you if they know every single step you made.
Can you screenshot your wallet balance and address? Post it here.
And after restarting my laptop wallet has gone again into its favorite error “Connecting to network…”. Should i restore it again.
Restoring takes at lest 1 full day from my network speed in India.
Let me know if there is any shortcut to get access to my remaining 3080 ADAs
No the transfer of 3,090.803648 to address DdzFFzCqrhsgGzJLhyR4xkWPoHkAfxxjYZHq1sDBkeyAaxv2Uyx3t7yEqAj9PncWJqeX27TVbS5aabsTvvjW75hohgJ9crCGSkrLkbWQ
IS NOT DONE BY ME. wallet has done it on its own i just transferred 100 ADA to - DdzFFzCqrhspDpomhew55Ke639TMDummJsz9V6x4SPeSV6uW2rZRRjnWs7WUwob4FMqaZQHE5158evGBox4ANyic2GeuGz92CPh2W1ps
Please tell me what you use your computer for? how secure is it? Do other’s use it?
If you are not in control of the address that the 3090 ADA was sent to, then there is a problem, the ADA is in that address on the blockchain, do you have that address in any of your generated addresses?
Yes new address is showing inside my wallet as a new address:
DdzFFzCqrhsgGzJLhyR4xkWPoHkAfxxjYZHq1sDBkeyAaxv2Uyx3t7yEqAj9PncWJqeX27TVbS5aabsTvvjW75hohgJ9crCGSkrLkbWQ
That’s normal behavior, as Cardano always send the rest of the money to your new address.
In brief:
When you sent the 100ADA to the target addres, your original addres became the input of the transaction and two new outputs are created:
first with a new address where the rest of your ADA (~3090) is sent, and it’s became an UTXO entry. This is your new address and it’s for obfuscate the transaction (not really effective, but better than nothing),
and the second output is /w the target address.
When the transction is done thenm your 3090 is sent to your new address and the 100 is sent to the target address.

You do not need to do anything as it usually updates the utxo and balances in the relevant databases and when you Daedalus fully synced then you will see the full balance.
Thanks @_ilap i got that but how do i get access to UTXO 3090 from my wallet?
Wallet is still showing 3190 ADA for some reason and showing 100 ADA as failed transaction?
You do not need to hope, it will definitely show the right balances provided the databases, blocks and undo records on your PC/laptop are consistent, and why? Because the transaction is on the blockchain, proven by adaexplorer.
If the databases are inconsistent, then you need to restore your Wallet, which simply means rebuilding your local databases/blocks/undos based on the Cardano blockchain (valid blocks of the network).
