What is that exactly? from which account it’s sent and to whom it received?

Could be a stake key deposit.
It happens when you start delegating your ADA to a stake pool.
This is transferred or credited to any particular address in the chain?
I think not, once you deregister the stake key, you get it back. Same as with pool deposit.
