What is the best way to run a pool with just an imac?

i have virtual box downloaded and want to run a quality server but have little to no knowledge on how to do so

  1. Download the latest version of cardano-node:
    https://github.com/input-output-hk/cardano-wallet/releases/download/v2021-02-15/cardano-wallet-v2021-02-15-macos64.tar.gz
  2. Download the cfgs and start the node:

so would i then open terminal and paste wthe files?
