Hi all, I was trying to switch stake pools and the transaction said successful, but it was pending for over 45 min. I hit reload page in chrome and the wallet dissapeared! I can click on the testnet icon at the top of chrome but I but the wallet icon on the right side of yoroi is grayed out. cannot see balance or staking. Should I simply restore my 15 words again?
Hi. After delegating my 2 times to 2 pools, the coins go back to the balance wallets and I don’t know what happened.
Also, my console is open and running some kind of string of messages. have I been compromised?
Just tried to restore my 15 words, yoroi says " error received from server "
Best option ATM is to wait for a new version IMO.
OK, got it restored! Just in time for the epoch, whew! but why is my mac console running?
Hi Rob, I have a dumb question. I just created my yoroi testnet wallet in chrome as firefox is not ready yet. Now, do I have to send mainnet ADA from firefox over to this testnet wallet and then I can delegate? Right now it shows 0 ADA. I thought the system would already know I have ADA from the snapshot.
Kinda confusing. Also I noticed it keeps losing connection to the server and maybe that’s why I see 0 ADA.

Ok I just read the server connection error and the last part of it says “THE DISPLAYED BALANCE AND TRANSACTION HISTORY MAY APPEAR INCORRECT UNTIL OUR SERVERS ARE BACK TO NORMAL, BUT YOUR ACTUAL BALANCE IS NOT AFFECTED”
So from this I assume that the ADA snapshot amount will eventually show when Emurgos servers are working fine. So no transferring from mainnet to testnet wallet.

I have the same problem. Restored wallet with succes, but balance is not showing up.
So, here’s what I’ve learned. It’s a little risky to try to switch pools on Yoroi right now, even if you get a confirmation. If the transaction is pending for a long time it probably will not go through at all. I even had transaction id numbers displayed. But, being the blockchain and all, it will revert back to to whomever you were staked with before the failed switch. Oh and raouldevries give it a few min, it should catch up. I tried to re stake after restoring the wallet and that seemed to “force” it to find the information on the blockchain.
