Your screenshots do not show any problem that you are having.
In general, look at the transaction history if missing funds actually left your wallet/account with a transaction that you did or did not approve.
Resyncing the wallet (somewhere in the settings) is also always a possibility.

The emptying of your wallet, including selling your SUNDAE and deregistering the stake key to get the 2 ADA deposit back started half an hour later at 9:14 UTC and went on until 9:42 UTC and is not directly related to or caused by that dRep delegation.
I assume you did none of those transactions yourself?

To be honest, very unlikely that there is a way to recover it.
You can always try to report to the police, but they can also not do that much.
Most often, they trick users into giving their seed phrase somewhere – in a fake support channel or to a fake wallet app or website – but could also be something else. Impossible to say without knowing exactly what you did in the minutes, hours, or even days before that started.
This is all what happen, i got stake to AAA and then they suddenly close there stake pool, and i move my stake to bloom, then move my account to vote governace delegate, and after that there a ada-gov-tool.web.app
I dont know why that pop up after i click my delagation to drep.
And thats all happen, so its mean its time for me to quick ada because all my hard work money are gone im so disappointed.
How did you end up on that site? That is very probably the scam site.
Did you give your seed phrase on this screen?

A lot of wallet apps can just do the whole delegation thing inside the app without visiting any other site.
There are some legitimate sites where you can browse dReps and also delegate if you connect your wallet app like https://tempo.vote/dreps or https://gov.tools/ (which is the one copied by the scam site), but those will never ask for your seed phrase.
This is precisely what all the warnings when setting up a wallet are about that you should never just enter your seed phrase anywhere.
