Yoroi transfer from Shelley-era wallet only supports 15 word passphrase?

So I’m trying to migrate from Daedalus to Yoroi. Everybody says just click of transfer-shelley-‘rewards from rec phrase’ and enter 24 word key. But that only supports a 15 word phrase.
Did it recently change and make all the previous suggestions wrong? How do I do this?

  • add wallet (shelley era)
  • restore wallet
  • enter 24 seed words from daedalus
  • set a name and a spending pssword
