Can’t you introduce the feature like in other wallets that if we are logged in we will be able to see our seed phrase … or can we enable fingerprint authorisation inplace of sending password
Hello, I have a similar experience, formated my computer has 40K ADA on Yoroi with my Trezor T. when I went to recover I choose Shely instead of byron have my 15 seeds and expending password, all went well except my 40K ADA is gone, the balance reflects 0 on my Yoroi wallet? please help.
You don’t need to give a seed phrase to connect to a hardware wallet (Trezor). Choose “Connect to hardware wallet” instead of “Restore” on the “New wallet” screen.

Anyway: Do you know a (stake) address of the wallet that you are missing? Have you checked it on cardanoscan.io? Does the Trezor/Yoroi combination restore to a wallet with totally different addresses? Are there any transactions or is the wallet completely unused?
Especially for Trezor, the problem is often the passphrase functionality described in: https://wiki.trezor.io/Passphrase
If you try a wrong passphrase or make a small typo with that, it does not result in an error message, but just opens another unused, empty wallet. Also try the empty password (which is the same as not having activated that functionality).
