Should probably transfer to a Shelley wallet soon.
If you use the Ledger for that, you can also see your balance in Ledger Live.
If I transfer it to trezor suite it should create a Shelly wallet?
If you create/import/configure any new wallet today, it will be a Shelley wallet.
You could also transfer to the one for your Ledger, but you can also use the one from Trezor Suite.
