Ambassador Journal -Thomas Lindseth - April 2024

Hello everyone,

April has welcomed us with the warmth of spring, bringing about a surge in productivity and a flurry of governance activities. It’s been a month filled with exciting developments and meaningful engagements.

One of the highlights of April was the opportunity to conduct another DRep workshop, this time in Toulouse, France, following Buidler Fest. The workshop provided a valuable platform for discussions and collaborations, further advancing the governance process.

The month kicked off with the inaugural Town Hall for the Nordic Cardano community, where we delved into topics related to collaboration and social events. It was a great opportunity to connect with the community and gather insights for future initiatives.

In addition to governance work, I’ve been actively involved in Intersect, exploring various avenues where I can contribute my efforts effectively. Advising other DRep Workshop hosts around the world has also been a significant focus, and I’m delighted to see positive results stemming from these efforts.

I’m pleased to share that I’ve reached out to several fellow ambassadors to have the DRep code of conduct translated into as many languages as possible. Currently, it is available in Greek, Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, and Chinese, ensuring broader accessibility and inclusivity within the community.

As April draws to a close, I’m grateful for the opportunities to collaborate, contribute, and connect with the Cardano community. Here’s to a productive and fulfilling month ahead!

Going out to touch some grass,

Thomas
