I think bittex slows things down if you make multiple deposits of the same value close to each other.
I transferred my funds yesterday from Bittrex-Daedallus with no issues.First a little amount,just to be sure,and then the rest…no problems there 
all depends on times and traffic but definitely some exchange like in Japan they also manually approve the transactions to wallets and only during working hours so customers are waiting all night which is all the exchanges issues not Daedalus or Cardano in any way.
Some guys are saying it took 3 mins to transfer from bittrex to wallet… but for me it was seconds… literally…

Hi, I am having the same issue.
I downloaded the Daedalus GUI onto my Macbook. It took several days for the blue screen ‘connecting to the network’ to go away. I have very fast internet so I found that frustrating. Finally, the GUI synced.
Two days ago, I sent a small amount of ADA from my Bittrex account to my Daedalus GUI. The transaction was completed and I have verified that the receive address is correct. I can see the transaction on the cardano explorer.
However, my Daedalus wallet (which is fully synced) is still showing a zero balance and it has been 2 days.
Can anyone help me with this?

I withdrew Cardano from Bittrex and I haven’t received my coins even though the cardano explorer shows the transaction is completed and received! Please help, this is a big issue if I cannot have access to my coins because the Daedalus wallet cannot recognize my own coins, I tried reinstalling Daedalus and restoring with my seed and the wallet account still shows 0 coins.
All the time when you make a new and a first transaction try to transfer a small amount for test only, like 4 or 5 ada, if the wallet receive the money make a final or how many transactions you need!
