Cashing out my ada from yaroi wallet

I am new to cardano and the yaroi wallet and was wondering how I go about transferring my ada from my yaroi wallet to an exchange to cash out.

First u need to create/have an account on an exchange which supports ADA

Then paste in yoroi (send section) the receive address from the exchange ada wallet

Then sell ADA

But why you want to sell now when ADA is on fire… better delegate to get rewards

Thanks for the quick response I plan on accumulating as much ada as possible just wanted to know how to cash out in the future. Which staking pool do you recommend ? I’m new to this whole thing

Keep in mind that on long term all pools big or small will provide the same reward ~5%
