Connecting to Network problem

Hey,

I’m having a problem regarding connectivity. I have checked everything, looked up all related posts and sent logs to the team. I don’t want to re-install the wallet as it takes ages to sync it. I also don’t want to experiment with 9080 and rest of the ports without a support.

Is anyone aware of some new solutions to this probem???

What version Mac or Win?

Windows 10. Have you good any ideas?

Issue:
wallet stuck at connecting to network

Systems:
Windows 10 and Windows 7, both 64 bit

Solution:
Launching the wallet through the original shortcut on the desktop or Start menu, NOT from shortcuts pinned by me to the taskbar . The important aspect is that you get the security message “Do you want to allow this program to make changes to your PC…”

Another thread describes also running the daedalus.bat, as administrator, from the install folders, as a solution.
