OK, TBH I don’t perfectly remember the sequence I went through but looking at site now (https://adalite.io) it seems Daedalus ITN users can simply recover the rewards wallet there, and IIRC redeeming rewards has the effect of transforming “reward ADA” into standard ADA within the same (rewards) wallet, which can then be transferred to any standard Shelley wallet whether that was created in Yoroi or wherever. I might have that slightly wrong but if you’re careful going step by step you’ll be absolutely fine I’m sure.

Let it run in the background. As long as you have your seed you are totaly safe.

Hm you might want to try https://daedaluswallet.io/en/flight/ or maybe even a light wallet like Yoroi or Adalite.

Just restore your wallet in any of those wallets with your seed.

Hey - I just tried downloading the latest version of Daedalus - says it’s 4.0.5 and I’ve had the same issues as posted here. In fact it took it 4 days and nights to finally complete the synch to the network or whatever, and then open the option to get a shelly wallet. which I did, then sent an initial sum of ada over, which have not arrived. I’ve restarted computer twice, then every time I open Daedalus, it keeps spinning in that “Verifying Blockchain (99.8% complete)” thing. Occassionaly it gets through, so i can see my wallet - but every time it shows wallet balance as zero even though I have a record of it being sent from my (Kraken) exchange.
Is this really still happening??
