Daedalus stuck at 93.02%

Hi guys, new here and in need of help. I have Daedalus wallet installed on my work PC (bad life choices). Window version 10.0.17134 (window 10 pro). Wallet will not sync, it started out at 93.21 and keeps going down and now to 93.02. There a high chance i’ve lost my phassphrase so I can not un-install and install a new wallet.

I saw some an option to delete some folder(see below) but do not want to screw the wallet up for good.

Type %appdata% on the explorer’s address bar
Open Daedalus folder
Delete the content of DB-1.0

Will deleting the content of DB-1.0 killed my wallet for good if I don’t know pass phrase to recover?

No, you don’t need key phrase in that case. But you can backup (by renaming instead of deleting) that folder anyway, for extra security. And it might be worth manually installing 1.4 first, just in case that resolves the problem (assuming you haven’t already).

Sorry for the duplication. Does manually installing 1.4 require a deletion of the old wallet and in that case requires the key phrase? Thanks!

No. It’s exactly the same as an autoupdate except in how it gets started.
