Developer from Russia. Where to start contribute to Cardano?

Hi, Cardano community!

I am very new there and believe in Cardano. I am a developer with 8 years of eCommerce java development, languages polyglot (know Go, React/Angular, Solidity, Hardhat, Truffle, K8s, Docker, and so on … a lot), and I would like to join some developer activities and, of course, earn ADAs.

Could you point me to some people or places with whom I can talk and take some activities?
