How to restore an account using the 12 word recovery phrase

I had a Daed account years ago. I found the 12-word Recovery Phrase;
what is the URL to get to the right place to use it?

You can download Daedalus again and restore your wallet there or you could also use Yoroi or Adalite to restore your wallet.
