Hi folks,
I have already configured my Yoroi Wallet with my Ledger Nano S device.
This is working as expected and as described on webpage.
I have another Nano S device which is used as backup in case of lost or failure my main Ledger device.
The second one is configured the seed of my main Ledger and works perfectly on Ledger Live app. (send or receive are working) but on Yoroi i have an error message saying that the device ID is not the good one.
Does it means that if i lost my main Nano S i cannot connect anymore to my Yoroi Wallet ?
Thank you.

It means that the Yoroi stored the keys for the last device, if u will want just to test, u need to uninstall/install again the yoroi extension in chrome… if u will want to use same time, you will need to create 2 profile on chrome…
u can also test the bkp ledger on adalite.io
cheers,

Hey Alexandru,
Thanks for your answer.
If i understood correctly, yoroi extensions store the ID the ledger locally and if i use another one even if the public key is the same ( as i am using the same seed) it is not accepted because the ID is the expected one.
I can use several Ledger devices at the same if they have the same seed of course, in order to do that i can use different laptop with Chrome and Yoroi installed otherwise i can use different profiles on chrome (on only one but i need to reinstall the extension in that case)

Correct! Or u can use different browsers like brave and yoroi… or u can make it easier and use adalite.io
