It sounds like you want to send from Binance to a wallet. You should be able to choose the network and the address to send to at every single withdrawal. Not really a need to replace anything. To withdraw your ADA to a Cardano wallet, you have to choose the Cardano network and enter a Cardano address there. That is something totally different than Metamask.
If you have previously withdrawn to the address of your Metamask wallet and that transaction went through, there is probably no way to take that back. You have to find out to which chain you did the withdrawal and if you activate exactly that chain in your Metamask, the (wrapped) ADA should be there.
But that really has little to do with Cardano. Binance support can probably help much better with that.

This app has nothing to do with Cardano at all.
If you read the reviews, there are dozens of people who never got any ADA, because it’s just fake.
The only upside is that at first glance, it doesn’t seem to steal any wallet credentials, but just makes money of people watching ads.
