Hi, I have tried many ways of getting this to work and after the network connection is lost I cannot even submit a support ticket. I then tried to submit one manually from the website and it only shows support for Mac 10.13
Any info/help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I used a different wifi signal at a different location and it worked. Thanks

I assume this is because its an electron app.
if its downloading the ledger on a single thread it makes sense that this takes forever.
