Using a daedalus (byron) wallet and i have the secret.key, at the time it was all i needed to recover my coins. I dont have the recovery phrase or the spending password. are my coins lost?

Dozens of people have been hoaxed by that in the last years. All secret.key files going around for that were broken beyond repair and it’s very likely that those wallets are lost for good.
