I also run a small pool - too small to encourage delegation with the current min-fee and reward sharing parameters. Hopefully soon the mandatory min-fee of 340 Ada will be made “un-mandatory” or at least reduced so that small pools can have more chance at attracting delegation.
That’s what they’re planning to do. On the other hand, saturation will drop, a lot of delegators will be forced to re-distribute their delegations. But, it’ll challenge the smaller pools as well imo. So, exciting times ahead.

Yeah, but I’d like to know when? It has been talked about for a very long time…
No one can say. I don’t know if it’ll be for 2023 or 2024. We’ll have to sit it out but we’re sure it’s coming, in time.
