Is the latest Daedalus Wallet for Windows Version 0.11.0 # 1.3.08183? When a newer version of Daedalus Wallet come out do I need to un-install the older version first before installing the newer version or can I just install the newer version on top of the older version?

Daedalus will prompt you to update. With past upgrades it downloaded the new installer and installed it over the old version.
