Kes key rotated, and everything seems operational
Probably adapools was trying to ping when you did a reboot to relay and it seems offline. It will be back on next round in like 4-6h

It looks like an issue with adapools.org … mine is also red

Transaction part is resyncing (99.97%), some data should be delayed / temporary unavailable. We are working on fix
