Is Cardano really decentralised if it depends on centralized systems like Amazon AWS servers to run the relays and nodes? What’s your take ? Does it matter ?

Id say Cardano is in this regard decentralized. As you can see from your picture, there are still alot of relays not hosted in cloud services like aws or azure but i do agree that this isnt the way it should be.
Thats also a reason why i will run my own pool on our own cloud.
