Is possible restore the twelve words of daedalus wallet in the yoroi wallet?
In the Charles announce he spoke about project icarus and the possibility to restore the daedalus wallet inside, yoroi is based in icarus project.

Can I send ADA from a Daedalus wallet to my Yoroi wallet?
Yes, but if this is your wallet, consider restoring your account on Yoroi instead as this will ensure your total balance is transferred.
From Charles’ August 15th Announcement:
You’ll be able to import your 12 keywords into Icarus or Yoroi … and you’ll be able to recover your wallet there.

My friend doesn’t remember creating a spend password for his Yoroi wallet, but he has the passphrase. He attempted to restore his wallet but it still asking for his spending password.
Is there a way to get to the desktop wallet without it?
When you restore a wallet you pick a new spending password. It doesn’t have to be the same as your old one.
