I just told you… Start the process and give it 20 hours at least… You said you only gave it 8 hours last? that is not enough for most people. Delete appdata, delete daudalus, reinstall and restore and do NOT stop the process. Let it sit for 20 hours at least.

no. it’s over already . loading like moving around. is over and balance changed to 0.829116 ada ., but balance was 0.046399 after second restoring , I don’t understand .

This is because you interrupted your restoration process before it was done… Now you need to delete appdata and reinstall and do it again.
in Daedalus : no . but in https://cardanoexplorer.com/ there are my 3 transaction to my wallet from binance. from 03.2018 . my 3 transaction and my ada ,I can see it 14791 ada
Yup that means you didn’t let the restoration run, you interrupted it before it was done ( 8 hours is not enough for most people). Gotta do it all over again now. Deleta appdata, deleting daudalus, and reinstalling and start a fresh wallet restoration.

But you probably interrupted it before? When you first started the restoration, if you close it down before Its done, you interrupted it. You cannot open the wallet again and continue, you need to do it all over if you interrupted it.
How long did this “loading” take? When you first did this? If it took anything less than 5 hours you did not restore it… For most it takes 6-20 hours from stories here on the forum.

Yeah ok, so whatever happened, even if what you are saying was right, is that it was not restored. You might have done it correctly but some other issue. But your ADA is there, Its not gone. But it doesnt take 30 minutes to restore, It takes much longer. But there might be some other issues, connection, who knows.,. Daedalus has many issue at the moment.
But dont worry about your ADA; they will be there for you once you get it figured out.
