I have my ADA delegated. How can I undelegated? Today I just wanna try to send my ADA to exchange and I simply can not do it cause of that issue. So I wanted to try another browser if there is no problem, but I can restore my ADA balance in another browser.

Bridge and firmware are current.

I can not restore*

I have delegated my ADA here. This is from Brave browser.

Can u try to withdraw the rewards?
Same error?

Every once in a while, you will notice that the amount of coins you currently have in your wallet will not be equal to the amount of coins that the block explorer says you have in that address. You tend to see this happen more often to Proof-Of-Stake (POS) coins because of tons of tiny incoming transactions coming in due to staking your coins. The reasoning of this coin discrepancy is because some of your coins were sent to a change address from a previous transaction. Don’t worry though because all of your coins are still there in your wallet. The reasoning as to why your wallet will sometimes be split into different addresses has to do with the way the blockchain works.

Same result. image
Trezor showing: change address staking rights do not match the current account.

I remembered that I have installed the last update of the firmware on Trezor and there was some error so I had to reset my Trezor. So when I tried to connect my trezor on the another browser there is a different hash. But what could I do with that?

Did you create a new wallet on the Trezor, or did you recover the old one using the seed phrase?

I recover it with the old seed phrase.

Have you still got the seed phrase? If so, I would try to wipe the Trezor and recover it using the seed phrase.

Yes I have. How could I recover it?

I tried it wiped out again and all my other coins are in Trezor. But not the ADA. I used the same seed as before. I never had a different seed from that old one.

Alright, so the majority of your coins are in the Trezor Wallet, right? Trezor Wallet doesn’t support ADA just yet, so you would have to pair the Trezor with Yoroi or equivalent.

All of them except ADA.

That’s because ADA isn’t supported by the Trezor Wallet. You need to pair it with a wallet supporting ADA, such as Yoroi. That’s the reason you downloaded Trezor bridge as well.

There is different hash and ADA balance 0. What the hell? Seed is the only one I ever had. Some glitch?

Something doesn’t add up. Have you got the receive address you sent the ADA to from the exchange?

I have sent them from classic standard shelley wallet to this Trezor one.

Where did you obtain the receive address for the Trezor? Hopefully from Yoroi, right?

Yes, but there are many of them not just one.

This is one of the addresses (internal): addr1qy5h5ycy046hf9yqsvdvlqzsvfq62sh4rnrcv49v7tgr5g6zj0404damt4jvuy3egx33q90z04h2fae7engfmhe9m2asqqn0ju
