Retiring a pool - need to run until next epoch?

If I retire pool now, do I need to run it until the next epoch or I can turn it off after
retire transaction succeed?
My rewards wallet is in daedalus.

Hi, if u registered the retire certificate and if the rewards address is in daedalus (u should receive 500 ADA back) u can shut down the pool (but make a copy of the wallet/pool files just in case)

Don’t know about retire certificate…
Yeah, backuping files now.
I’ll retire pool in cntools, so I can turn off the servers afterwards…

Hmm, I have 0 ADA in the pool wallet…
But my pledge is the wallet in daedalus.

Ok, I send 3 ADA to the wallet address.
