I have two Yoroi wallets. Lets say one stakes 1500 ADA in “Pool A”, the other 500 ADA in “Pool B”. Can i now just send 500 ada from one wallet to the other so they both stake 1000 ada in their Pool or do i have to withdraw/deregister first? Also does the timing of the transaction matter concerning the rewards?
Nope you can send funds from one to the other wallet without doing anything before. It also doesnt matter when you do it.

Just for my understanding: When is it necessary to “withdraw” rewards? Is it only if i want to transfer all my ada including the rewards?
Only if you want to spend them.
