Switched Ledger from Nano S to X - Yoroi says wrong hardware

I had cardano via yoroi on my ledger nano s.

  • I got a nano x and restored the Nano S onto it.
  • I went to send ADA via yoroi and tried with the nano x,
  • Yoroi gave me an error saying wrong hardware and that I had to use the nano s.

How do I fix this? Did I miss something? Thought I could restore my ledger (via seed words) and it should work exactly as before.

You replaced the hw ledger, yoroi has the public keys stored from/for old one… uninstall/install yoroi should fix it!
