So I have a wallet connected from Yoroi via Mnemonic phrasing into CNTools but it shows 0 balance. But my Yoroi wallet shows funds. Is there anything I can do?

Yes, cntools is checking the first/oldest address from yoroi… send few ada from yoroi to that address from cntools and repeat the steps
