Trying to delegate in Yoroi with Ledger Nano S

Hi!

I am trying to delegate with a Ledger Nano S, but when I select a pool, a message says that ‘‘an error happened. Please try it later’’. ‘‘Sucedió algo inesperado. Por favor inténtelo más tarde’’. I have tried many times but nothing happens. The Ledger is conected and with the message ‘‘waiting for commands’’, with the firmware updated.

Have you tried to use the AdaLite Wallet as an alternative?

What browser do you use?

Also make sure you got the most recent ledger firmware update and Cardano app on your ledger device.

Hi!

I use Firefox on a Mac OS, and I have the most recent firmware update in Ledger… I have been trying during 1 month, but the error keeps popping up. I have not tried to use AdaLite Wallet because I really like Yoroi, but maybe I’ll try it if it doesn’t work in future.

You probably should try to use a different browser like Google Chrome or Brave and try it again.

There is a known issue with Firefox + Yoroi + Ledger.

I tried on Chrome with Mac OS and now it’s working fine and I am delegating!
