Hi at all, i’ve bought some ada from Biannce, now i want transfer them into my Yoroi wallet. I go into yoroi wallet > section receive > i copy my wallet address. Then i go into Binance into the withdrawal section, when i paste my yoroi address into the bar of Binance, it gives me an error “Please enter a valid address”. I do not understand if is a Binance’s problem or not. Can somebody help me?
do you got a daedalus wallet aswell? maybe try that before and send it then to yoroi if you prefer that wallet.
Make sure you’re using Yoroi mainnet wallet (not shelley testnet one). You cannot transfer from exchanges across chains.

Thanks a lot, you are right. I’ve downloaded the mainnet and i was able to transfer my ada.
Can i transfer from mainnet to testnet now? (I’m asking because i’m pretty new and i want to learn)
No, that is not possible.
Ah that because testnet was accessible only before the November 29, 2019. Right?
Sort of… the (starting) balances of the testnet were a copy of the balance on mainnet November 29.

I want to steak ADA, but I can only refer to the old network from Binance and Exodus. However, the steak only works on SHELLEY. What is the solution?
The balance snapshot was taken at 12:00 UTC on November 29, 2019. If you had ada in a mainnet Daedalus or Yoroi wallet at the time, you can now restore your testnet ada balance and access stake delegation features or start running a stake pool to earn real ada rewards.
