Hey basically I have 5k Cardano and would like to register to vote but I have a hardware wallet wondering if there’s away to do that. I have my cardano staked in Daedalus already I am actively trying to learn to create a defi app and would love help from anyone who would be interested.

that moment is not possible to vote from hardware wallet.
you have to move to software wallet, daedalus or yoroi and register your wallet to catalystvoting app

@Windsor-Management , hi there. I also use hardware wallet (Ledger Nano S). So, to join the voting in Fund3, what I did is creating another Daedalus wallet (and put 3000 ADA there). And just register using that Daedalus Wallet. After the snapshot done in 5th March, just transfer 3000 ADA back to the Daedalus Wallet that paired with the hardware wallet (Ledger/Trezor). You can do voting + your ADA will be saved again in your hardware wallet.
You can always send some ADA even though your wallet is staked in a pool. Hope it helps.
However I thought to have some relevance in our VOTING we need the largest size possible of ADA in our non hardware Voting Wallet for the Snapshot??? Which will give us potential to receive a reward? How much ADA do we need to leave in our Hardwarewallet which is being staked as to allow the staking process not to stop? A little confused…
Staking process will always run once you delegate it (with minimum 20 ADA). And to be able to do voting, you need to have 2950 ADA in the Daedalus Wallet (non hardware). Hope it helps.
