Out of curiosity, what was the number one thing you did to grow delegator numbers for your pool?

Hi @skenn, I have just recently started but I try to be of value for the community by sharing my knowledge and helping new operators and ada holders with anything I can help them with.

slept less :))) but definitely video contents on youtube will help… I didn’t tried bot look to the all youtubers which are running pools

Thanks for the ideas guys!

Its difficult to get new delegators. We have 13 delegators at my pool. We only have that many as we asked everyone withknow with ADA to stake with us. Our stake is 20k.

Do you guys think Twitter is good for getting delegators? It seems like everyone who follows us on Twitter is an SPO or already has their ADA staked with another pool. What do you guys think of twitter for marketing?

Any channel is great, I think youtube will be better
Doesn’t matter if they already delegated… 80% from my delegators came from another pools
