Hey there. I’ve been trying to send ADA using Yoroi + Ledger Nano X. Never had issues but since a couple of weeks ago I’ve been getting an error that states “Transaction error: The signature is invalid.”.
The logs show an “invalidWitnessError” specifically. I have contacted Yoroi support but they ghosted my ticket.
I’ve tried wallet re-sync, reinstalling the Yoroi extension and restoring the wallet to no success.
Has anybody experienced this? Any insight on what’s going on?
Sounds like you might have the wrong Ledger (unlikely, I think Yoroi identifies the concrete hardware device), reset it with a different seed phrase, or used the additional passphrase feature (https://www.ledger.com/academy/passphrase-an-advanced-security-feature) and are using the wrong passphrase.
hi,I have the same error. I can’t send anything, but in November I was still able to send normally. I haven’t changed anything in my Ledger. Any other suggestions?How to fix this?
You can always try to just use another wallet app.

Please work with the ticket so we can take a closer look, but in general if you connected it to multiple wallets/devices and did not see the funds, then its looking like a different wallet in most cases. Please make sure you’re connecting to Yoroi directly and not inputting your Ledger’s seedphrase into Yoroi.
We did not ghost your ticket. It is a holiday and can take some time to get back to you. They will though.
I am having the same exact issue when trying to send ADA and when I try and withdraw my staked earnings. Never had any issues either with my Nano X until now. I re-syned my wallet also. I would like to know what is going on as well.
