This is not normal. Been using Yoroi for a year and this is first time ive seen sync issues.

So yeah this is kind of terrifying, but Iā€™m glad Iā€™m not alone. This is not cool, though. Show me the money!!

ADA are not stored on yoroi, are stored on blockchainā€¦ yoroi/daedalus/etc only access them ā€¦ u can always check the wallet balance on cardanoscan.io ā€¦ as long u see the funds there u are fine

Moving to a cold storage wallet is the smartest thing anybody can doā€¦BUT NEVER buy from any other place than the actual manufacturer.

which other wallet can one get? all my ADA also on Yoroi

if u have emergency you can use adalite.io or daedalus ; but daedalus itā€™s a full nodeā€¦
if you donā€™t have an emergency then have patienceā€¦ the sync issue will be fixed

Iā€™m having issues with my yoroi. I am unable to copy the receive address. When I hold the address button nothing happens so I canā€™t copy it. Iā€™m trying to send ADA to my wallet and itā€™s frustrating! Anyone else having trouble copying the receive address?

are u using the mobile version?
did u tried to paste the text on notepad after you press the button?

Yes I am using the mobile app. I just figured it out! It seems to automatically save the receive address. On a whim I went to the exchange and pressed the send to address bar and it simply autofilled the receive address. I was confused because before it used to open a command field where I could copy or send to clipboard etc. I have successfully sent my ADA to the wallet. Thank you for helping Alexd1985

Yes, when u press that button u should see a mark for few seconds which it means the address was copied

Hello Iā€™m having issues with my Yoroi wallet. After backing up my IPhone 11, I went ahead and reset Network Settings on my phone due to some issues I was having and it caused me to lose previous passwords and my Face ID logins to all my apps for instance. I restored the wallet with my 15 word edge offers phase button balance is showing 0. I was staking my entire ADA balance as well. Please help.

Few questions:

  • it is a simple wallet or do u have ledger/trezor?
  • it is a shelley or byron wallet?
  • if u go to receive section - copy one address and paste it on cardanoscan.io do u see the balance?

Then it means u are using the wrong seed words
Perhaps this is the seed words for byronā€¦ if u hadā€¦ or perhaps u changed the words order for security reasson, etc

Hmm I never had Byron. I always used Shelley.
I also did not change the words as any other slight derivation prompts me that the phrase is incorrect. Is there any other way I can retrieve my ADA. I know the stake group name I was in. I have transactions from my old Daedalus wallet to my Yoroi wallet as well as transactions from coinbase to Yoroi.

Ok, and u restored the shelley wallet right?
I think it is possible to have another seed words or maybe u used the daedalus seed words to import the wallet on yoroi?

Hi there, I try to connect my ledger to Yoroi, but it gives the ā€˜cannot connectā€™ error when I hit the connect button. Drives me nuts for two hours. Had the same with Daedalus, keeps loading overthere.

Who can give me the magic trick?

I updated my NanoX Cardano app and just now installed the Yoroi app on my chrome extention
