Yoroi wallet won't let me send my native assets to another yoroi wallett

Hi,

Problem number 1: My yoroi wallet has a Ada staked, which it won’t allow me unstake from the designated stakepool- I have re-synced my walled several times and it still will not allow me to unstake.

Problem number 2: I also want to send Cardano native assets from this wallet to my 2nd yoroi wallet. But it will not allow me to confirm the transaction when I hit continue (the button remains the greyed out blue colour) I have enough ada available for the transaction in the wallet and yet none of my native assets are able to be sent. The button won’t turn blue to continue…

I am wanting to sync my second Yoroi wallet to my ledger and so I am transferring across.

I set the original wallet up on my phone and it has always had issues sending even ADA off it.

I appreciated any help anyone can offer

Try to restore your funds on a litewallet like Typhon or Eternl and try to submit the transaction again.

Hello @Timothy_Eslick

ADA is never locked or sent anywhere during staking process. What is staked is that wallet. If you are unable to delegate to another pool or “undelegate” /unstake , you can always just open another wallet and move all your Ada there.
Section to undelegate or change pool in Yoroi is under this tab
YoroiDelegate

In Yoroi to be able to send tokens/NFTs you have to manually enter quantity of the tokens to be sent, otherwise the button will stay gray. It is in the bottom corner of of the window that you click to select which token to send. After you click the bottom left it will show in gray number total available tokens. you can enter any number that is equal or lower than that. In the step #2 of send
YoroitokenSelect

Also, as @Zyroxa pointed out, if you have all your seed phrases you can just switch all your accounts to another wallet app if you find Yoroi difficult to deal with.
