We evaluated them manually and checked all the information they provided. We found builder tools, open-source projects, closed-source projects, many pull requests, some CIP, educational content, whole communities around projects, many other contributions and support to the growth of the Cardano Community. We appreciate what these pools are doing and we would like to give these 142 pools here honorable mentions. (see list below)
We have identified 77 of them as outstanding contributions. See the list below. (note: pools that we would oversaturate have already been deducted here)

Staying Alive and try to grow over a threshold with sustainable stake level. Keep on running two pools on mainnet and testnet and supporting social and ecological projects in El Salvador and Bavaria.
Congrats for all selected Pools!!! Also we really appreciate this CF delegation, we will use to improve our hardware infrastructure and adding Solar Panels energy
If a pool receives a CF delegation, the ADA staking rewards earned by the CF delegator could continue to stake with the same pool after the 3 month period is over. For instance, a 15MM delegation might earn 100-120K in rewards for a 3 month period. If those earnings, e.g. 100-120K, could remain staking in the pool, it really goes a long way towards sustaining the pool in the lean times. It also creates some good will between the pool and the CF. The pool will appreciate the long lasting support and keep working hard, and CF will most likely continue to earn rewards, even if the ROA is not quite as high.
Itās understandable that the earnings may need to be used for other purposes, so maybe the combined earnings that donāt need to be touched can be aggregate and distributed equally among all pools receiving the CF delegation. And if any pool is not acting in accordance with being a good SPO citizen or does not seem to be aligned with the goal of growing Cardano, then they would not be included.
In any event, Iām very grateful for receiving a delegation in the previous round ending now.
Thanks, I am happy to see GOMA Stake pool among the shortlisted ones. We did mint our first block yesterday even with a little 50K stake, so we did get some consolation
Decentralization is key and maintaining a bare metal relay in Africa is costly. But we do beleive that in the long term, it may be worth it. Congrats to all those who got the delegation!
