I suppose u have some security words (seed words), but try to install on another phone. try to not delete this one till u are not sure u have the correct seed words.

also check on voyager app to transfer history. can u see the transaction there?

So download voyager on iPad gotcha. I looked and looked and refreshed and made 3 successful non yoroi transactions since this issue. No pending Ada transaction in the cue.

Hi Alex,

I was having trouble sending ada from my yoroi wallet via ledger. So I deleted the yoroi chrome extension and reinstalled. When I entered the 15 word seed phrase for yoroi in the restore wallet option, it shows that all my funds are gone. The only link I have with my yoroi ada wallet is the address I sent ada to from binance. Can you please help me, it was not a small amount and I am concerned as it shows zero ada.

Or should I enter the 24 word ledger nano x password on the restore wallet option in Yoroi?

If u have the ADA on ledger u don’t need any seed words

  • open yoroi
  • add wallet (shelley erra) if it is a shelley wallet or (byron erra) if it is a byron wallet
  • connect ledger

Now u should see the balance
