Shelley Testnet Rollout

The Shelley era is all about decentralization, and the IOHK team have decided to take a decentralized approach in building out the Shelley testnet in collaboration with the community. The testnet will have a series of releases rolling out in three main phases. To support the rollout, there is now a dedicated GitHub repository and new Cardano testnet website with instructions, videos, and tutorials. We also invite you to join our best practice Telegram group to discuss the testnet with your fellow Cardano community members.
